Mariana is amazing. I'm so sad that we couldn't keep her on full time! I work freelance so it's really dependent on how many projects I have coming in/accept. She is very reliable and flexible with any last minute requests. She drove my son to/from preschool, took both (1yo/4yo) to the zoo and to the children's museum. She helped with our kids laundry, cleaned up their dishes (and ours at times). She would sweep up and clean off the table and floor after the kids ate too. She made sure the kids got outside everyday and limited the TV. When our son was being rather loud and banging drumsticks on the table she walked over to him calmly and said "S you don't need to be so loud, we can see you. We know you're here". I loved how she approached my kids. She was always gentle and spoke to them as people, but on their level. Believe me, Mariana is the most amazing and you will be so fortunate to have her in your home. I almost want to work full time just to keep her around!
