Josefina is a caring professional who helped me while healing from a shoulder replacement before I regained use of the arm/hand. I will definitely hire her again when funds allow. I recommend her highly. Josefina gives 110% to everything she does. I feel safe when she helped me bathe. She helped me with everything one can't do without two working hands -- fix my hair, change sheets on the bed, shower, shampoo, clean bathroom, laundry -- she has my highest esteem and recommendation. She is punctual and dependable. Josefina doesn't mind taking you food shopping, unlike many other HHAs.
