About Jorie

Hello! I'm a full time student, studying to be a creative entrepreneur. I'm very passionate about youth development, animal care, psychology, fitness and arts leadership. I have 2 years of professional pet sitting experience, along with taking care of cats of my own growing up. I have a total of 10+ years of personal animal care. I offer services for special needs pets, those with disabilities, separation anxiety, and extra accommodations. I also have experience with kittens and senior dogs. I'm comfortable and experienced with administering oral medications such as pills, liquids and powders. I believe every pet has their own unique personality and I've seen dogs who act like cats and cats who act like dogs. My experiences from pet sitting has taught me to treat the pet like a friend and earn their trust. It's quite therapeutic to watch animals and taking care of them like they are my own pet becomes second nature.
