Hello ... I provide help with errands, odd jobs, basic meal preparation, and coach people to stay physically active. I can assist with daily tasks which may be difficult for some, and am happy to lend a hand running errands or doing chores. I specialize in working with senior citizens. My goal is to help people become more independent as they age and to improve their quality of life by feeling more confident and self-sufficient, with a higher level of self-esteem. I am also a certified personal trainer and insured by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) with a specialty in senior fitness.
