About Jordyn

I like working with kids because they are in such formative years and it is important to me that they receive excellent nurture, attention, and attunement. And I love their joy! I'm looking for a family that I can align with in their values in order to love the kids in a way that is consistent with their parent's values and parenting choices. In my spare time I like to work with my horse, be with family and friends, learn things from podcasts, do creative things, and hunt for a new treasure at antique markets. :) One thing you should know about me is that I am a Christian and I love Jesus! My skills include helping children feel heard, seen, and understood. I am patient with big feelings. I enjoy finding creative and fun solutions to help little ones accomplish a task or meet a goal. I value consistency and routine in children's lives. I also really like to make day to day life fun! :D I have professional experience caring for special needs adults.
