Hi, I am a student at NCSU and I am majoring in Zoology. I am a member of the Pre-Vet club at NC State and I have gained many valuable experiences with animals through this club including helping set up a spay/neuter clinic with SAFE Haven For Cats and learning about surgical procedures performed by veterinarians. I am currently employed as a veterinary clinic assistant at PetIQ and am well-versed in my knowledge of how to handle animals of all kinds and how to take care of each animal properly. I also have multiple experiences with animals from volunteering at rescues/shelters such as SAFE Haven For Cats, Columbus County Animal Shelter, and others. From volunteering and working with animals, I have learned how to properly handle and provide care for animals with all backgrounds.
