I have experimece with a wide range of students including those with ADHD and autism. I assess learning style by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and open dialogue to determine what works best for them. When concepts become challenging, I break complex problems into manageable steps and celebrate the small successes to build lasting momentum. I maintain regular communication with parents to ensure we are aligned on progress and outcomes. Watching confidence grow as new skills are mastered is the most rewarding part of this journey.
