We employed Jordin for two years as a nanny for our twins, from ages 6-8. I really appreciated that Jordin was so reliable—it always felt safe to depend on her to show up for them. Jordin did school pickup, drove to play dates or ran errands, oversaw homework, helped them tidy the car, their toys and their rooms, made dinner, and generally functioned as an additional adult member of our family during the time she spent in our home.
