About Jordan

First and foremost, I love kids. Always have! I come from a family of passionate educators, and love to learn in addition to educating when given the opportunity. I am an avid lover of the arts, both visual and performance. My passions include cooking, as well as exploring different cultures through food and travel. Last summer, I returned to Chicago (my hometown) from Italy. While abroad, I worked as a house manager/nanny for a beautiful Italian family in Florence. I am bilingual (English/Italian) and love learning different languages. Working as a childcare provider in both the States and Europe has provided me with a well-rounded, versatile, and cultured approach to childcare--all while remaining down to earth. I love being outdoors, making art, cooking fun and healthy meals (including vegetarian, vegan, and GF options), andreading. As a Montessori Alum, I believe in a collaborative and hands-on approach to childcare.
