I'm a caring and patient caregiver passionate about supporting individuals with special needs. I have hands-on experience working with people with Down syndrome and autism through school programs I was involved in during middle and high school. Those experiences taught me the value of patience, inclusion, and helping others grow more independent in their daily lives. I enjoy building real connections--offering encouragement, assisting with routines, and helping with activities like meal prep, errands, or community outings. My approach is kind, calm, and understanding, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive environment. As a Sociology major planning to pursue a career in social work with adults with disabilities, I'm excited to gain more direct experience in the field.
