About Jordan

Hi! I'm Jordan, and I recently moved to the Monterey area. I'm getting to know the community through substitute teaching while also offering babysitting, childcare, and tutoring services to local families. I have a master's degree in Education, a professional teaching license, and several years of experience working with children. Most recently, I taught 6th grade science full-time and have experience tutoring students one-on-one as well. I'm patient, dependable, and love helping kids learn, build confidence, and have fun. Outside of teaching, I love being outdoors, going for walks, exploring new places, and staying active. I enjoy getting kids outside and moving when possible, whether that means going for a walk, playing outside, or exploring the area. I'm excited to meet local families and become part of the Monterey community. Whether you need an occasional babysitter, regular childcare, or homework help, I'd love to help!
