With seven years of experience in a hospital setting as an aid and LPN, I offer respite care, personal care, and mobility assistance, among other services. My approach is rooted in understanding each individual's unique preferences and history. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and adept at de-escalating stressful situations. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I have experience handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid.
