Caring for kids isn't just work for me, it's something I live every day as a parent. I'm patient, attentive, and naturally nurturing. Working as a special needs bus aide has taught me how to stay calm, understanding, and supportive with children of all different needs and personalities. I'm big on creating a safe, loving space where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I treat every child with the same care and attention I give my own, making sure they feel seen, heard, and cared for.
