Every child is a gift from God, and I'm thankful for the sweet families who have entrusted me with their little blessings over the years! I have the most experience caring for children under 4, but I have also worked with older kids and those with special needs. My availability is for the spring and summer both mornings and afternoons. My rate is 18 per hour for 1 child, 20 for 2, or 22 for 3 or more. For recurring jobs, bi-weekly payment works. I try to stick with the same rate for everyone, but I am willing to be flexible with pay during unexpected circumstances. When it comes to discipline, I will follow your lead. Setting clear rules and expectations has prevented a lot of discipline issues in the classroom and at home. With permission, I use time-outs very rarely. As the person that you are trusting your precious treasure(s) with, I promise to be honest about their time with me, any struggles that they have, and share praiseworthy behaviors with you!
