About Jordan

My journey into senior care began with a deep desire to support adults' well-being and independence. Since 2018, I've been immersed in healthcare, initially managing the medical unit for at-risk youth. In 2022, I transitioned to geriatric care, earning my CNA certification. As a home health aide, I assist with daily living, mobility, meal preparation, and medical management. I also have experience caring for individuals with dementia, including managing confusion and incorporating memory care activities. I provide regular written and verbal updates to families. I am patient, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I have a college degree and my own car.
