About Jordan

I have served in various environments where communicating with aging populations, in activities of daily living, activities and pastoral ministry I have also served alongside on-site healthcare staff in caring for residents admitted for long-term inpatient care and rehabilitation. It was in this role that I developed my personal support practices for older adults during major life transitions such as injury, loss of a partner, or even relocation of adult children. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed supporting the certified nursing assistants with tasks such as transport, feeding and 1:1 visitation, in addition to daily activities, exercise and celebrations. My experience in the areas of administrative support, spiritual guidance, recreation, and activities of daily living for aging populations each are a testament to my interdisciplinary and individualized approach to patient-centered care.
