About Jordan

Hi! My name is Jordan, and I'm a 25-year-old wellness professional originally from Wisconsin. In 2024, I relocated to Denver with my fiancé and have loved building a life and community here. I work as a full time yoga instructor and mentor, helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through movement, mindfulness, and connection. Prior to teaching yoga, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I gained valuable experience providing compassionate, attentive care and support to individuals with diverse needs. I maintain an active CPR/AED certification and pride myself on being dependable, patient, and safety-conscious. Whether I'm providing care, companionship, or assistance with daily activities, my goal is always to create a supportive environment where people feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.
