Driven by a deep desire to support seniors' well-being, I've been a caregiver since 2011. Beginning as a CNA and transitioning to private home care in 2020, I've found immense satisfaction in building close, familial bonds with the families I serve. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide services such as transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. With some college education and certifications in CPR and First Aid, I'm equipped to provide comprehensive support. Having a car and being comfortable with pets allows me to meet a variety of needs. Knowing I can make someone's day a little brighter is what truly motivates me.
