About Jordan

Hello! My name is Jordan, and I am a dedicated educator with 15+ years of experience supporting children and families. Originally from Lincoln, CA, I now call the Bay Area home. I earned my BA in Child Development from San Francisco State University and have worked with children from infancy through 8th grade in a variety of educational and childcare settings. My experience includes Special Education, afterschool programs, nannying, Language Arts instruction, and educational leadership. I currently serve as an Assistant Director for a Beacon afterschool program in SoMa, where I train, observe, and coach educators. I have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, non-verbal communication, and diverse learning needs, and children experiencing housing or food insecurity. I believe every child learns differently, and I take pride in meeting each child where they are. I would love to support your family and help nurture the next generation of lifelong learners!
