In the last 15 years I have gone from being a mother' s helper to an after school and weekend babysitter to a more intensive overnight caregiver and live-in short term nanny. I have experience with children who are newborns all the way to teenagers. I am able to prepare and cook healthy snacks and meals, as well as tutor and help with homework and prepare children for bed. I also have helped with behavior modification when necessary and work with parents in any and all aspects of their child/children's lives. I graduated from American University in 2012 with a BS in Health Promotion and a minor in special education. I have worked as a teaching assistant and with individuals who have disabilities. I am currently expecting a little girl of my own who will arrive in late 2020 or early 2021 and ideally am looking to work with a family who would allow her to come with me after her arrival.
