About Jonisha

Hello parents my name is Jonisha and I am 25 years old. I have officially worked in childcare since I was 16 years old but unofficially I have loved and cared for children all my life. I've volunteered at an in home daycare. I've worked at kiddie academy as well as for families through care. com. I am super passionate about helping children grow and learn in a fun way. I pride myself in my ability to communicate effectively with children and cater to their development. I have also worked with children on the spectrum and I encourage positive reinforcement and I have a lot of patience and show a lot of love. It's important to know that all children are different and develop at their very own pace and I'm here to guide them and help along the way. My dream is to someday open my own childcare center.
