About Jonelle

Hello! My name is Jonelle, I am a nanny and substitute preschool teacher looking for full-time work in private child care. I have roughly 10 years experience in early childcare ranging from all age groups of newborn to 5 years old, so I am very comfortable in all early childcare ages. I love creative play and engaging children in sensory activities. I believe the best way for children to explore is to be hands on and get messy! I also love incorporating and teaching age appropriate science activities with children. My max preference is for a nanny family or nanny share totaling less than 4 children, however with the right fit I am flexible. I graduated from Chico State in May 2020 with a BS in Animal Science. My next step in education is to pursue a masters in zoology/wildlife conservation and follow a career path into Zoo Management. I am very comfortable with animals of all shapes and sizes, so if you have pets that is not a problem. Vaccination records available upon request.
