I find that the most rewarding aspect of childcare is the positive impact I make on children's lives. I cherish my previous babysitting roles, which motivated me to become a childcare provider. My patience and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendliness, make me an excellent caregiver. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in transparent and open dialogue. Whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or by following their preferred method, I ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I have experience caring for children of all ages, but I particularly enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games with older kids. Board games and puzzles are also great for stimulating their minds, and I love incorporating educational games that promote learning into our playtime.
