Learning alongside students is my passion. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success, while building confidence and fostering a love for learning. By varying my teaching strategies and encouraging open communication, I adapt my approach to each student's needs. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and building trust. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow. I have a graduate degree and speak both English and Spanish. I am comfortable with pets and have a car. I am excited to help your student succeed in English, Science, Test Preparation, Foreign Language, Study Skills, and History. I can tutor at your home, a center, online, the library, a community center, or a coffee shop. I would love to use my skills to help your student reach their goals!
