My name is Jonathan, I have over 4yrs of experience working in the home health (care) industry as a private duty home health-care provider. My experience has allowed me to focus with my client(s) in areas such as: Parkinson's, Dementia, Memory Deterioration, Cancer of various types, & Changes in Physical Ability which come about with time/age. I'm a person who believes in having the Patience, Compassion, Motivation, & Determination to meet daily goals in the best interest of the client. The best plan of action is to step in with a smooth transition in assisting families with allowing loved ones to enjoy life itself, not only for the moment, but for the long haul.
