I have realized that I enjoy working with kids especially in the subject of Mathematics. Every time I saw a student struggle, I offered to help instead of waiting for him/her to ask for my assistance. When I experience the difficulty of a child's ability to learn, I cannot do anything but help the child. In particular, I help the kids understand the process of getting the answer; not just getting the answer. My main concern for children is their success in education.
