About Jomar

I'm a compassionate, attentive, and respectful caregiver who truly enjoys supporting seniors with dignity and kindness. Originally from the Philippines, I find that caring for the elderly comes naturally and from the heart. Since I didn't get to spend much time with my grandparents, caring for others fills that space in my heart. I began working part-time with seniors in 2023, and in May 2025, I earned my HHA certification from Clinton Institute in Hartsdale. I also work weekends as a server, which has strengthened my communication and multitasking skills. I hold a college degree and always prioritize professionalism, respect, and client confidentiality. Outside of caregiving, I'm a certified private pilot. Flying in my free time has sharpened my focus, attention to detail, and calm decision-making, all of which carry into my work. I'm observant, well-organized, and deeply committed to being someone families can rely on to care for their loved ones with patience, empathy, and trust.
