My son is 31, has graduated the University. He was diagnosed at birth with epilepsy, and as a toddler with Autism. I have learned much from him, the community resources, and a lot of behavioral and motivational techniques that have led to his successful interaction at all developmental levels. I am experienced with Senior Citizen needs and diagnosis, as well as teen and youth. I have been a professional social worker for 20 plus years, as well as a high school teacher, youth minister and an advocate. My skills also include finding resources, attending appointments, school ARC meetings and developing IEPS, counseling, advocating, errands and shopping, teaching life skills for transitioning to adolescence and adult hood.
