About Jolyn

I started working with children at the age of 12 assisting a mother with twins. I then got a job at a day care center working with infants to toddlers. I then went to college for my Bachelors and Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Before I was able to get my Kindergarten position I was the Director of two Daycare Centers. I worked as a nanny during the summers, evenings, and weekends while teaching. I have worked in homes, hotels, day camps, and child nurseries with all ages. I now have been retired from teaching after 30 years in Education in 2019. Since my retirement, I have been a nanny for some really nice families with infants and toddlers. I'm now looking for a nanny position that I will be able to work for a family with consistent hours. I am Certified in CPR for adults and infants and First Aid. I also have a fingerprint card. Jolyn is an incredible nanny! She is incredibly reliable, kind-hearted, has the most calm demeanor, follows schedule and has so much patience. Any time my daughter is having a tough day, and I feel guilty, her response is that "she's just a baby, it's okay," with a smile on her face. It's so calming and just makes me feel better. I so enjoy having Jolyn come to our house each day, she has a huge smile on her face and always has a great attitude. I can't say enough great things about Jolyn! She was the first nanny I ever hired for my first child at 3 months old and instantly felt so at ease with her. She is part of our family!
