With three years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, I bring a patient and friendly approach to childcare. My motivation stems from positive babysitting experiences, experience at summer camps, and a genuine desire to positively impact young lives while supporting families. I follow parents' leads when enforcing household rules and communicate updates using their preferred method. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children.
