Dementia, Alzheimer's, A-fib, Stroke, COPD, Cancer, Parkinson's disease, Fall Risk, Diabetes, Immobility issue, Why I choose Caregiving? Because there is so much Ageism amongst the elderly, that individuals who are empaths; are so needed to care for those who can no longer care for themselves. I love what I do; the patient dignity and joy is my #1 GOAL as a caregiver. I have 19 years experience of caring for my dad who had a Stroke and Dementia; plus 6 years caring for many different individuals; they reward I felt caring for the elderly, pushed me even greater into the healthcare system.
