About Joleyna

Hi, I'm Joleyna! I'm set to earn my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Juniata College on May 17th, 2025. My studies have been multifaceted, including education on child development and adolescent development, as well as identity studies. I am fully confident in my ability to understand and be a compassionate adult with your little ones navigating the transitions of growing up! I have various experiences working with children and vulnerable populations. These experiences include summer camps as well as consistent babysitting with different families throughout my high school/college timeline. I'm currently a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor at a group home working with individuals with mental health disabilities in Huntingdon, but due to the completion of my degree, I will be relocating to the Altoona area! Through my job, I've had the opportunity to get CPR and First Aid Certified. I am available to start work as soon as May 26th, 2025. I look forward to meeting you!
