I have over 12 years of experience working with children of all ages since 2014. My background includes roles in daycare centers, in school districts as a teacher's assistant, and as a certified nursing assistant in a nursing home. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I have extensive experience working with individuals with a wide range of special needs, including autism, ADHD, epilepsy, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy- which has strengthened my ability to adapt to individual needs, provide personalized support, and create a patient and understanding environment. I believe every child has unique strengths, and I focus on building strong connections by listening, being attentive, and adjusting my approach to what works best for them. I prioritize clear communication and building trust with both children and families, while creating a positive and supportive experience.
