Jolai was awesome! She communicated well ahead of time and was prompt. My kids were instantly comfortable and had a great time with her. Jolai was easy going with the pets too. She has a warm personality and also a clear sense of responsibility. My kids, at times, can need an extra amount of energy to care for. And even though they didn't this time, I would fully trust Jolai to have no issue providing whatever level of care any kid needs. So thankful to have found Jolai!
