About Joi

I've been a caregiver for over two decades and have cherished every moment of it. My passion for caring for children stems from my positive babysitting experiences and my innate desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As a clinical researcher, my keen attention to detail has been invaluable in my role as a caregiver. Being the older sibling of two younger siblings has also instilled in me a sense of responsibility and patience. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to engage children in fun and imaginative activities, while my friendly and approachable demeanor creates a comfortable and nurturing environment. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a structured and safe environment for the children in my care.
