About Joilyn

Hi! I have a strong passion for working with children and bring six years of babysitting experience. I'm currently a Child Life major in the Honors College at ECU, and over the years, I've gained a wide range of experience in various childcare settings. I've worked as a swim instructor, substitute teacher, after-school program leader, and behavioral technician for children with autism. These roles have strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to create engaging, supportive environments for children of all ages. I'm also experienced in working with children with special needs, tutoring, running errands, pet care, and light housekeeping. I'm CPR certified and always prioritize safety and care. I'd love the opportunity to connect and see if I'd be a good fit for your family. I'm currently looking for a full-time babysitting position for the summer and am available to start immediately. My schedule is open and very flexible.
