Most recent review
Joii was an exceptional caregiver who provided outstanding care for my father during his time in a memory care facility. Her calm demeanor and infinite patience stood out, especially considering the complexity of caring for someone with dementia. My father, like many in his condition, struggled with basic tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Joii approached these challenges with a gentle professionalism that not only reassured him but also brought our family immense peace of mind. What impressed me most about Joii was her ability to treat my father with the kind of respect and kindness she would show her own family. Joii's commitment to her role went beyond routine tasks; she was dedicated to making each day or night as comfortable and joyful for my father as possible. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a caregiver who truly understands the essence of quality care and respect.
