About Joi

Hello! My name is Joi, and I am a compassionate and experienced healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience providing care in a variety of settings, including private home care, hospitals, long-term care facilities, emergency rooms, and geriatric psychiatric care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals with a wide range of needs. I have extensive experience working with older adults, individuals with dementia, and those experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. I believe in treating every person with patience, dignity, kindness, and respect. At this stage in my career, I especially enjoy providing one-on-one care because it allows me to give my full attention to the individual and build a trusting relationship with both the person and their family.
