JT served as my daughter’s care provider through DDA’s Service Direction for 4 years. My daughter has mild to moderate disabilities and requires supervision and assistance while I’m at work. He took her to lunch and to the mall and shopping and bingo - he provided a very safe experience as well as money management. He is a very safe driver, compassionate, and forthright. He kept me informed of her activities through frequent text messages - which was very important to me, as a mother with a daughter who has difficulty communicating. He stopped working with her when we moved to the Eastern Shore. My favorite thing about JT is that he allowed/tolerated my daughter texting him EVERY day, even when he wasn’t on duty. I highly recommend JT!!!
