John is a very nice man who was kind and thoughtful. He agreed to take my husband to therapy twice weekly. After the first week he said he was “hired by Costco for seasonal work and could no longer take him to his therapy appointments.” This was very disappointing to us. I know it was a lot of driving but he knew the specifics when he agreed to help us.
