Johnnie was very easy to work with as far as connecting on the phone and in person. I had a call come in first attempt and were able to touch base easily. She came over to meet my little one. I'm excited she has experience with dogs and seemed to genuinely like my baby. My puppy definitely took well to her too. We didn't think to ask things like an address, and she offered, which is always reassuring. She is very flexible too on vacation days, etc. I'm excited and glad to have found what seems to be a great fit!!
