About John

I have been an elementary PE teacher and sports coach of all ages for 10 years. I switched careers from the world of finance to pursue my passion for fostering children's growth and development. I am energetic, caring and kind. As a teacher, I place a priority on teaching kindness and resilience while helping develop children's social-emotional skills. I have experience caring for children of all ages in addition to training athletes of all ages in a variety of sports. I am very flexible and willing to help in any situation or setting. I am happy to follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and preferred communication methods. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and skills to your family. My graduate degree has provided me with a strong foundation in early childhood development, and I am a certified teacher in additions to holding certifications in First Aid Training and CPR.
