Hi there! I'm John. Fostering a child's development is my passion, and I find immense joy in supporting families. I am currently pursuing my Psychology degree at UMBC. With my early childhood coursework and background as an instructional assistant and behavior technician, I have years of experience creating a patient, calm, and creative environment for kids. I love keeping children active through educational games, outdoor play, and interactive technology. I know how busy life gets, so I'm happy to help with meal prep and light housekeeping. I believe in teamwork with parents. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules for consistency, and I prioritize your preferred communication style--whether it's a daily report or a chat at pickup.
