I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2018 across a variety of settings, including in-home care, nursing homes, and hospital environments, primarily supporting older adults with varying levels of care needs. My experience includes assistance with all Activities of Daily Living, mobility and transfers, companionship, meal planning and preparation, and maintaining safety for high-risk clients. For the past three years, I have also worked with children with special needs in both school and clinical settings. My work includes supporting individuals with autism, managing behaviors, assisting with emotional regulation, providing structure and routine, and supporting daily living skills such as personal care and meal preparation. Across all settings, I lead with respect, integrity, and professionalism. I prioritize protecting each client's dignity, comfort, and independence while providing consistent, patient-centered care.
