I'd describe myself as calm, caring, and very capable. I like caring for seniors because after caring for my Mom and Dad in their golden years, I realize that a little help and support can make a huge difference in maintaining someone's dignity and independence while staying in the comfort of their own home. I started caring for seniors when a dear friend was terminally ill with lung cancer. I meditate and practice yoga daily. In my spare time, I like to take in and sometimes create fine art (photography, music, short films). One thing you should know about me is I don't feel the need to talk a lot, but I definitely care a lot. Caring for people, animals and our environment gives me a great sense of fulfillment. I take pride in doing things consciously to deliver optimal results. I have a knack for creating a comfortable, clean and serene environment, and being able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others.
