Hi, I'm John - a dependable, patient, and safety-minded caregiver with 10+ years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through teaching, coaching, youth programs, camps, and community leadership. I currently serve as a K-12 Guest Teacher and previously served 7 years in the U. S. Army, where I developed a steady, responsible approach to safety, communication, structure, and problem-solving. I enjoy helping children feel safe, encouraged, and engaged through homework support, outdoor play, sports, creative activities, reading, board games, and educational games. I'm comfortable following family routines, reinforcing household rules, preparing meals, helping with light housekeeping, transportation/carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm CPR certified, fluent in conversational Spanish, and happy to provide references. My goal is to give parents peace of mind by providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where their children can grow and thrive.
