About Johanna

Our family's experience with Johanna was unfortunately disheartening. Over a 2 month period, she quit on us 3 times with no notice stating personal or no reasons, just to ask a few days later if she could come back to work for us. As she came highly recommended, we wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. As a mother herself, her disregard for parents being faced with no childcare without notice or our children's feelings is disappointing. On the job, we found that she was very proactive with light housework, but seemed to prioritize/prefer that over the actual childcare. She appeared to struggle keeping my 4 year and 6 year old kids engaged. She has a friendly demeanor and is probably much better suited for caring for an infant. We wish Johanna all the best and hope that the next family that hires her will have a much better experience.
