I'm a college student who's currently pursuing a B. S. in Communicative Disorders and Sciences and graduating this December.. I've been a nanny since I was 19 years old and thankfully I've only worked for wonderful families. While with these families I also helped with pet sitting when they were away from home. In particularly the first family I worked for. There were a few times they left their golden lab with me at their home for 2 weeks and on one occasion one month. I have a cat of my own, a 2-year-old that I adopted from the human society two years ago and he is growing healthy. Summer of 2010 I volunteered for Hum-animal Connection, a no kill organization that rescues cats and kittens and then finds a permanent home for them. I was with them for 6 months volunteering once a week with the cleaning, grooming and feeding but also with the adoption fairs and I once even fostered two kittens. I'm comfortable with both dogs and cats and thankfully don't have allergies. I'm definitely and animal lover so if you need someone to help you out let me know.
