We had such a great experience with Joanna. From the moment we met her, we could tell she was professional, thoughtful, and took her role as a caregiver seriously. She watched our daughter for two days and immediately impressed us with how sweet and attentive she was. She brought her own toys, asked thoughtful questions about our daughter’s routine, and really wanted to make sure she was doing things the way we preferred. What stood out most was how quickly our daughter warmed up to her. By the second day, you could already see how comfortable and happy she was with Joanna.
