About Johanna

I've been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I've worked with a range of families, some with one child, some with five, two with triplets. I've had experience with both occasional babysitting and full-time nannying. I've babysat for two different families with children with Cerebral Palsy. I feel a very natural ease when playing with and caring for children. During college, I began tutoring and working with children in a more academic setting. After college, I worked for two years at a non-profit in Chicago, designing after-school programming for school-aged youth in need of English language learning assistance. Four years ago, I moved to Denver and began nannying full-time for two different families. I like to be able to spend valuable one-on-one time with children, while also bringing music and arts into their lives. Right now, I'm located in Louisville, KY and am looking for sitting work.
